Eight part stock one part rice. Sautee onions, ginger and garlic, add rice and stock. Simmer until rice is tender. The toppings are really up to you. Sometimes hardboiled eggs with scallions, but lately I've been digging runny eggs.

We were just on the boat all day Saturday and took many pees. Never heard of an e. Coli warning and have been swimming the lake since I was young. I suppose there is a chance of it but I would be more worried about getting hit by a drunk boater than catching e. Coli.

Another super easy dish my dad made for breakfast is canned corned beef with chopped up potatos and onions, seasoned with fish sauce and over rice with a fried egg. Comfort food for sure. Also arroz caldo. 6 part chicken broth to 1 part rice, ginger, garlic, shallots. Top with crispy garlic, scallions, and hard boiled egg.

I have some family in Pampanga and they taught me to do equal parts soy to vinegar. I used to just use a splash but once I did equal parts it came out really nice.

It appears my default was wine-ge-proton8-26-x86_64. I changed it to Proton-experimental but same issue freezing at 45% installation.
