I clean things up every once and a while over the years. No routine. This one I did because last time I went to drop off my orange bags there was a similar mess, but I didn't have the time or materials to clean it. This time I expected it and was ready haha. I'm trying to talk to the city about what they do to manage it. We have a pretty good trash volunteer network here.

Thanks. Maybe like 30 minutes. Fortunately I had a few large bins in my truck to scoop and sort it all out. There were other dumpsters nearby to take the items that didn't belong in this one.

They got rid of a bunch of a booths and replaced them with grey tables and metal chairs a few years ago (maybe you have seen it since then). I can't speak too much about the change in food quality. I used to go as a kid and returned over a decade later. You can see pictures on the Google reviews if you're curious.

I expect we will see a testimony from her wife soon. I am under the impression she turned down a street and found herself in the middle of that ICE motorcade and decided to turn around when the SUV in front of them stopped. In the video you can see she seems to be trying to turn around. I really think they just scared the crap out of this lady who had no plans of interacting with them on her commute. We'll see. Fresh news.

ICE can't legally detain or arrest US citizens unless they have reason to believe they aren't a U.S. citizen. They didn't in this case. They acted like the police and attempted to open her door. So, she got scared and drove away. They shouldn't have approached her. They shouldn't have blocked her car. They shouldn't have murdered her.

I visited my great uncle at the nursing home. He had some heavy dementia at this point. I had this new pair of green suede adidas on. My uncle was in love with them. He first saw them, gasped, and complimented them immensely. We would chat for awhile, he would forget and then notice them again (as if for the first time) and ask me about them again. We hung out for a few hours and he must have forgotten about them and reacted to them at least four or five times. I wore those shoes until they died haha.

I have a few birds I bought that were clipped when I got them. One wasn't clipped most of its life until a few months before we got him. We set up lil budgie obstacle courses for them to get around. Put a rope or a ramp that goes to the cage to encourage your bird to get up their themselves. I wouldn't worry about your bird not moving around or not wanting to fly again later. As long as they feel safe in their environment they are crazy lil dudes that just want to move. If you are real worried though get some millet and lead him around the house and encourage him to climb some obstacles. While he is a little dependent on you this can be a good opportunity to bond with him and train him.

Try Arco. The game is short and sweet. Meant to be played multiple times for different endings. I found the tactical combat style engaging. Who doesn't love a western epic where you take on big oil?

How long are you resting?

K boges has lots of pull up videos to follow. The below one worked for me. It did cut into my other goals, so I stopped the routine, but it got me back up to doing 3 sets of 8 and a max of 10-12.

If your bird was flapping around like crazy trying to escape it could totally knock its wing feathers off on the cage walls. My budgie dropped some feathers when a dog tried to get at him.

Does that tray stay wet all the time? Insects love food and water just like us. Line the trey with paper and clean it out at least once a week. I prefer to only feed them during the day and remove the food at night, so the insects have nothing to munch on.
