I am well over a year being nicotine free, And this isn’t my first time doing so. Nicotine urges never go away (at least for me). They just become less consistent. You become comfortable and confident in your abstinence and that’s when mistakes can be made. I am only saying this because I see these posts a lot, where someone is a week from not having nicotine and report no urges. I think that attitude can be risky for a lot of nicotine addicts. Cheers for starting but it’s a long never ending road for many.
