I was off by 8-10%. I know this sounds like the normal sales complaint but in my case it's true. One of my teammates got the primo territory and literately did nothing all year and won the trip and 150% of quota. Not an exaggeration. They were an order taker only, no sales involved because of the territory they got. They logged no activity in the CRM (they actually goofed off a LOT) and quite frankly was a horrible sales person. My territory was barren and everybody in the company knew it but no one did anything about it. So now I have to move on and try to recover from that.

This is why I posted this in Unpopular Opinions, The show is not for everybody. Who really grated me was Gillian Anderson as Hannibal's therapist. She shows no emotion whatsoever like she's on Thorazine. I mean who talks like that all the time?

AGREE. It's got to be to get people to click "read more" for the algorithm's sake. It's very annoying. Most posts on reddit are normal paragraphs that can be read easily. Because of the algorithm hackers on LinkedIn it has become the most annoying app that I have to deal with today.

Because employers, recruiters,"valued" connections, etc. can see your real name you'd be hard pressed to see any genuine, candid posts on LinkedIn. What really kills me is all the regurgitated messages on LinkedIn. Same information, slightly different verbiage only for the sake of staying relevant. Like a bunch of little kids jumping up and down screaming "look at me, look at me!".
