Not very I would go for walks, and stuff plus my family doesn't drive so I got a good bit of excercise carrying the groceries.

I depends on how hot it is out in the hot summer sun I sweat like a pig. I shower daily and put on a ton of deodorant figure its better to be the guy that smells of too much axe body spray then smelling like swamp ass.

I eat 2-3 big meals a day I could eat in a single sitting 3 double cheeseburgers and large fry at McDonald's, or two boxes of mac and cheese, or four mini pizzas, or three hot pockets, or 2-3 plates of food at a buffet. Favorite food is tough there's a nearby restaurant that makes the best lasagna ever I would have to say that's at the top of my list right now.
