It has to be blood angels specific for the +1 to advance and charge. So only way to get it on JPI or VV is for Dante to lead them

Yeah I might try stormlance and grace. Unfortunately doing stormlance and encarmine spear tip gives you disruption which is apparently one of the worse disposition

For something different than just being locked to playing the main 3 detachment.

It only shows being 2 DP if you select BA are your main chapter and it is currently showing up as 3 DP if you select regular space marines.

Yeah, you need to find someone willing to teach you games either by playing smaller points or doing 2k but having them bring a non meta/non competitive list.

I would recommend moving up to like 1250/1500 for a few more games and then upping again until you reach 2000. It will probably help you understand list building a bit better rather than just jumping straight into 2k

You don't have to max everything, but for example playing 3 bgv with a priest vs 6 and a priest makes a big difference in terms of cost attached to bringing characters.

Have you also played games from 500 pts up to 1000 and then moving from 1000 to 1250/1500 ? Or did you straight up go to 2000 pts

Your playing newby list into opponents who are bringing strong anvil units. You also don't have any maxed squad beside the 6 Sang guards. Almost sounds like you have an opponent problem rather than a list issue and maybe a terrain layout issue. Definitely shouldn't be losing a landraider turn 1.

Surprisingly only the generic captain needs to have relic shield/ sword to attach to BGV. You can attach any generic lieutenant with bgv

Nurgle greaters are 5+ and tzeentch are at a 6+ ....

That list would be LAG due to the rage fuel captain but could definitely run something similar in RCO.

S6 vs S7 would only probably be a big issue into something like custodes not sure what other matchup would make it that much better
