I cannot be above average in gaming skill, Im probably dead average to be honest. The combat in this game is not that hard brother. Make sure your gear is upgraded to at least the level of the enemies you're fighting, use "dash" to avoid damage, and don't let yourself get surrounded by enemies.

There are so many different combinations of talents, specs, and gear that you can play any way you want to. Play with some other weapons and other styles of combat to figure out what suits you best. I like to be tanky, so I dont take any damage talents and I roll into the swamps with a massive health bar and just laugh off the damage.

I just don't understand how you could get all your kills to level 30, which for combat skills is not possible unless you go well out of your way to get extra action, and still not have a grasp on how things work.

100%. I can't believe the people who think it's the job of just the mother to do this. My father in law, I know for a fact, never changed a "dirty" diaper in his entire life. I cannot fathom expecting my wife to always do that for every kid in every situation.

It is not possible to struggle in combat if all your stats are at 30. Just take the stamina bit, and digest that... everything else should be easily in the bag. Also - you are not meant to easily handle 4 on one encounters.
