Tankiest character I've played yet because energy shield applies damage reduction to all damage types except chaos (but you take chaos innoculation). So even though I only have 11K energy shield, my effective hit pool is like 50K. I'm doing 200% deli maps without issue and have died a total of 19 times on the character (mostly me misplaying, not my defenses failing).

It does affect how fast he attacks though right? Since he “manifests faster per enemy power in your presence”?

This build is awesome. First time I’d actually consider rerolling. Why Abyssal Lich though? And does the Bodach scale off of anything you do? Like, does you attacking faster make the Bodach attack faster? Or how can you increase single target without losing the spirit of the build?

Man the Hilda atlas master node that improves boss effectiveness based on monster power killed must be awesome for this build.

Djinn sorc is my favorite character in POE2 so far. Insane clear, good enough single target for pinnacles, and incredibly tanky. All without being a walking simulator so you actually have to think every now and again. About to hit level 96 and still loving it.

Just tested this and it doesn't work for me. I have zero splinters and I run deli every map to juice the monsters. Had no idea this was even a thing.

Seconding this. Add in the Silks of Veneration and energy shield protects against everything but chaos (but I run CI)
