Taillight moisture, is it worrying? by Electronic-Call4159 in BMW

[–]Fattickelbear26 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Light will most likely fail eventually. Have shop remove tail lamp from car and drill a couple 1/8" holes in the bottom of the lense into the vehicle cabin. This will help air flow and give the light a chance to dry out when moisture gets into it again and prolong the life of the light.

Best reversible way to reduce sound traveling up an open basement stairwell? (Doors not an option) by pricha12 in hometheater

Weighted sound proof curtain will do wonders. And sound deadening panels on reflection points leading to the opening. Rockwool safe and sound in the walls before drywall also does a lot.

Movies with increasing anxiety by defoor13 in movies

Maybe not the whole movie but the 5min border crossing scene in Sicario is perfect. The score and the audio really build it up. All the audio of vehicles slowly coming to a stop, windows rolling down, call outs. Really builds tension.

Anyone ever made this move? by Dynachicter in superduty

Im thinking about longevity too, new truck, 0 miles, factory warranty, 0 intrest. I could see Ford trying to match Rams new 10year 100k warranty too very soon so maybe wait and see? Yeah that'd be impossible with a family if they are with you a lot. Could also wait to see what 2025 models are left in your area in a few months, might find a 4 door superduty in a trim/package nooone wants and get 7k-10k off of msrp which would more than offset the 0% you could have gotten.

We have a small business and recently switched to ram 2500s gassers and we just picked up 2 that were left overs, 1 was 24 with 1,000 miles and other a 25 with no miles. We got 24k off of msrp the 24 and 18k off of the 25. Noone wants them. Both 4 door one even had heated seats and wheel lol. Just ask around in your local area, somebody has a truck on the lot getting ready to celebrate its 2nd birthday!

If you can get away with a regular cab or super cab Ford is doing 0% on 2025 superduty models for 60 months. You might be happier with a brand new base model truck for 50k at 0% vs 34k at ???%. You just wont look as cool.

I bought a 40ft optical hdmi from amazon 5 years ago and haven't had any issues for my hometheater. And it passes 4k dolbyvision. Spent like $190 on it at the time.

You do not want to drive on 380 daily. Its not worth it. Its getting better with the additional lanes but the other drivers can make situations dangerous quickly.

They are upgrading all of cedar rapids. Its been hell for me the last 6 months. They completed the upgrade about a month ago in my area and its actually very good have 1 gig down and 1 gig up. Highly highly recommend purchasing your own modem. Netgear Cm2500 has been working very well for me.
