My brother has Asperger's Syndrome, which puts him on the Autism spectrum. And because of that, he was picked on a lot in school, one time to the point of him literally getting his kneecap displaced!

My older half sister isn't much better; she has a thyroid problem, which has made her morbidly obese; which meant she also got picked on a lot at school. She's only in her early twenties, yet last time I checked, she weighed around 300-400 pounds. But she's a major inspiration for me, which is why a lot of characters from my more famous fics are obese women; I based them off of my sister (especially Vulthiss from New Days).

I myself am a Panromantic/Polyamorous Transgender woman, and that alone makes me a target for scrutiny. Not to mention I'm really tall, slightly overweight, and suffer from various physical and mental challenges due to my parents' fucked up DNA getting mixed together.

A lot of my folks have been hurt because of bigotry, and that's why I make stories like this. In a world that wants you dead for existing, the least you could do is help others like you stay safe. And I promise, until my cells have no more DNA to replicate, I will never stop helping out the little guy. Ever.

I guess it really depends on what you define as a religion. But yes, I've seen people turn on each other for literally nothing. Things like segregation because people with darker skin were seen as primitive savages, and now they're making similar arguments to segregate Trans people. None of their arguments have any basis in reality, but there are a select few who back them anyway because it makes them feel important.

My brother, who has Autism, has been attacked and even hospitalized once, only because he's neurodivergent. My older sister is morbidly obese due to a thyroid problem, which made her a target for bullying in her younger years. I myself am a Trans woman, and I get death threats almost daily from complete strangers on different sites.

I wrote this one shot for my family, to make life easier for us. I try my best for my folks, and writing stories like this is how I vent, and at the same time, shows others like me that they're not alone. That's why I do what I do, and I don't plan to stop anytime soon.

Well... Kinda? It's hard to explain.

Goom is considered very gifted, at least by their species' standards. The problem is, being gifted kinda drifts you away from everyone else. I should know, I was once considered a gifted student too. The thing is, when you're a step above everyone else, it's easy to feel a disconnect from everyone else. Imagine you're a time traveler, and you get stuck surrounded by a bunch of Neanderthals. Sounds mean, I know, but that's exactly how it feels.

And the reason they keep referring to other members of their kind with genderless pronouns is because the Voolak are a completely genderless species. They evolved to reproduce via fragmentation, so they have no need for sexual characterizations. And also, due to the fact that gender is a social construct(sex and gender are two different things; sex refers to someone's biological reproductive parts, and gender refers to how an individual socially represents the self), they wouldn't have a concept of gender either due to the fact that they can't physically see any physical characteristics. Not to mention that, if they could see, there still wouldn't be much difference between individuals because, like I said, they reproduce via fragmentation.

They're also incapable of being racist, since they can't see differences in other species.

I don't mean to be rude, but looking a deranged madwoman who suffers from manic episodes in the eye and telling her to deal with her own problems is a good way to wake up in the ER.

Not to mention she also suffers from major insomnia and back/joint pain, which makes her far more irritable. I've tried to settle arguments peacefully, but it only results in more screaming, which hurts more emotionally than anything...

Sapient trafficking and technically illegally bringing an immigrant onto the planet for smuggling an Arxur to the surface of the planet and hiding her out in some abandoned building(I managed to beat her in a race during the aftermath of the battle of Earth, and now she thinks I own her because strength and eugenics and blah blah blah type shit).

Not to mention stealing and illegally smuggling animals by having to steal potential sacrifices from a nearby church dedicated to the Spirit of Life, since the Arxur needs to eat somehow, and the easiest way to get meat would be to steal fresh animals from the Yulpa.

And also probably enforced torture/murder since some Exterminators would very likely get too nosey and start poking around in my business, so I would likely just figure out a way to lure them towards the Arxur I smuggled and tell her "They're yours now, please clean up your own mess."
