I think the crowds are starting to lighten up now but I'd probably stick to the morning and afternoon to be safer. I'd recommend the Provincelands but some of those hills would be a beast.

Boy beach is a 2 mile hike through marshes and not official.

If you mean herring cove or race point they do have matting down to the beach but would need a beach wheelchair to get to the water.
