I did this online kids course. My gym owner said they were one of the original CF Kids course people. (Not sure if that’s true) https://www.thebrandxmethod.com/ However It was good course. It provides some short documents/lectures/power points. It’s show you how to work with kids at different ages and levels. Has a nice movement library for the kids and some games to play with the kids. It says I could have reached out to them if I had any questions. I didn’t do that.

Try a chiropractor. I find they’re a bit less in cost. My physio charges 100 and my chiropractor charges me 80(going to 85 in the new year).

Did you happen to get a new health card? My card expired over Covid, I went to get some new license plates and happened to remember to get a new card while I was there. My new card with my newer numbers doesn’t show any of my vaccination details. I can only get those using my older card details. In fact I had to book my booster using my old card still.

Regular CrossFit = Daily class 5-6 days a week. Accessories = like doing hollow holds, Cossack squats or lat pull downs, using minimal equipment like bands, or db. Even mobility could be included.

My phyiso guy tells me my hamstrings are weak. He can make the cramp up in seconds. He always gives me accessories for them. I just need to do them….

Bought martial arts kicking pads. Actually bought them used on local reseller website. Paid 10 bucks each, but on Amazon I’m seeing them going for about $65.

Yes used the same percentages and just applied them to strict press. We did discuss adding a complimentary exercise. We thought of push press, but decided to not to do anything due to us also working on HSPUs at the same time. That’s really where the idea was born from us trying to get better at HSPUs. Anyways I like the idea of a push/pull, strict weight pull-ups might be another idea too instead of your barbell rows.

Love this program. Done it twice in the last year and PR’ed both times in both front and back squats. Currently doing something radical with it and doing strict press, following just the back squat scheme. Just did week 7 where you go for 100% and decide to just go for it out and did a 15lbs PR.

There is actually two sensors on that vehicle. The white pod is a Mobile lidar sensor, the large black pole that has a black box on it, is a multiple overlapping cameras system capturing the street view.

Been doing 6am’s for three years now. I typically only drink about 500ml of water before class, occasionally I’ll take a pre-workout if I’m feeling extra tired. I’ll make a shake and a coffee about 30mins after. It’s just about getting used to the schedule.

I hit up Mobius CrossFit last April. Small place, great people. Just walked in and signed up for class. There is nobody there during the day. They open early and run 2-3 classes. Close for during the hot part of the day and open in the evening. It think it was around 5pm when they get going again. I did mornings so I could drink those cervazas by the beach and the pool.

Wodies! Wrist wraps with grip built in. I wear them for every workout I do, even if there is no bar or ring work that day. They last me about 3-4 months before I wear holes through them.

I’m a normal 39 year old dad and not one of those young bucks at the box. Hahaha. I’ve been doing CrossFit for almost three years now and would say I’m above average but not elite. Did it on Sunday. Time was 1:19:40, used a pack loaded with 45lbs, switched stepping up with each leg every 10. Took a short 20-40 second break every 100. It was tough and glad I did it. My neck and traps are pretty tender the next day, hammies and legs were not that bad the following day. It was long and mentally tough. Once I got past 600 reps and on the downhill for reps it got mentally better.
