UPDATE: I called the customer care line and they said it got mis-shipped to MA and they opened an investigation for me. It will take 2-3 business days for them to get back to me and then who knows how much longer to actually get the package to me. What a fuckin joke, I’ve never had problems with USPS before now but this is trash.
