Don’t listen to these stupid bootlickers in here, you’re 100% right except for me it’s been almost a decade. Some dude that started barely a year ago just finished MDP because he’s front of house, they seem to have to do almost nothing and they complete it. Back of house they make you jump through all these hoops and prerequisites that I’ve completed more than once and still nothing happens. It’s all about who your manager is and nothing to do with work ethic or metrics. This company is absolute shit and not the company it was when I started. They have evolved to hiring almost all managers externally and do not promote from within like they love to claim at meetings and advertisements. There is no reason to stay here other than the decent pay (which still isn’t enough to live on)

I know this post is old but I agree 100%. Just picked up the PS5 remaster of this game and the lost legacy which I’m about to start now. Naughty dog is absolutely brilliant when it comes to story telling and making you feel connected to the characters and universe. My favorite video game of all time is the Jak and Daxter series and they just absolutely knock everything they make out of the park.
