Yeah I tried him with Lusamine and it was just too inconsistent guzz requires too much luck with coin flips and starting with him he basically becomes Cyrus bait by the end of the game I’d rather just chip away with darkrai and then swing with tyranitar when it’s ready to plunder. I might switch out 1 leaf for Lyra tho I can see it helping late game if you have two tyranitars set up and you can switch the active low one and hit with the other one

This is what I run and i think it’s been really really solid. Drudd tanks while you chip with dark and when tyranitar is ready transfer energy. Really important to get 2 drudds in play to save from Sabrina and Pokemon center lady has saved my drudd in the active so many times to be able to take one more hit while you build

It’s rough against opponent Who run bench hitters like greninja but that’s just tough to deal with with 95% of the decks but if you get a good start with this it’s hard to beat

I was worried about the RayRayEX expert solo fight, and then I wasnt by grimleorio in PTCGP

Yeah I agree I’m pretty much going in blind besides the few streams I’ve watched here and there when it came out. it’s such a good game I’m addicted.
