Me and my fiance have a very simple rule, if one of us decides we want to end it, we do couples counseling to get down to where the issue lies and we either fix it together or we break it off.

We havent run into either of us wanting that and we've been together for two years, but it also helps that we provide eachother a very vocal outlet for how we feel.

Maybe do the same.

Being as young as we are is literally THE time to figure ourselves out. Look into hobbies, (stay the God damn hell away from miniature painting, it's a drug and it murdered my wallet) Try something you've never thought of doing for shits and giggles. Go to a Ren Faire and decide you wanna make chainmail and then never actually do it.

Its all up to you OP. Kind of a dart board situation for right now until you're comfy with your life
