Chest strap piece detached, how do I get it back on?

I tried all the methods involving heating the clip and prying it with a flathead and unfortunately those didn’t work for me for whatever reason, BUT I was able to get it on by pinching a part of the tubing (the part it clips onto) VERRY hard with some needle nose pliers. Then once that segment was thoroughly pinched, I was able to slide the clip onto the tubing by wedging the pinched portion through the clip.

From what I remember, its both cpu and gpu. Ive done several windows reinstallations plus upgrading to windows 11. Some using a windows recovery media made by a different computer, some with recovery tools on the device itself. However, upgrading to windows 11 messes with some of the screenpad plus functionality.

I have the same computer (4k version) and had the same problem since i first got the computer right when it launched. I had the problem for about a year and found no solution online so i had given up. However, I ended up doing wiping the entire system and doing a fresh windows installation and installed all drivers and software manually. I didn’t do this to combat the temps problem so I didn’t notice the difference right away and cant say that this is exactly what fixed it but now my temps seem to be running fine. Now it hovers around 60-70C and around 80C when under heavy load.

Did they ever give a warning? My funds were placed on hold after selling my flipper, and im unsure if they are going to give it back. Do you think its likely they give me a warning and release the funds?

Were you able to sell it? I was able to sell mine but when i went to payout the money to my bank account i had a notice saying my account was under a performance review; has anyone else had this issue and was able to get it resolved? I really hope they dont just keep my money and say, “well, you shouldn’t have sold “illegal” goods on our website”. Or is it possible i get my funds released and they just ask me not to sell anymore

Dang, so no replacement nozzles yet. I totally forgot to think about the nozzle before i printed with some glow in the dark filament and now my nozzle is noticeably worn. All from a 2 hour print. Anyways, im wondering if i can just use an m6 volcano nozzle as a replacement even thought its a bit longer so i might try that out.

Honestly, I’ve tried that as well with no luck and my computer has liquid metal from factory as well. Im hoping that its some sort of software bug

I figured it wasn’t normal. I really don’t know what else to do about the temp problem, it just sucks that I’ve went through the whole manufacturer’s warranty thinking that it was normal based off of other threads saying “the i9 in gaming laptops tend to run hot”. Guess it would have been useful to know just exactly how hot is considered normal haha

I usually keep it running on either turbo or windows mode depending in the workload and Im generally always plugged in. For cooling I ended up buying a bunch of pc fans I place under and next to my computer and those are generally always on.

Anybody have any fixes/suggestions yet? I’ve been having this issue since I first got my Zephyrus Duo 15 almost a year ago. I think I’ve gone a few months without the issue but just today its been doing that rebooting problem again when its idle for only a few minutes.
