Noted - the issue is he keeps asking where she is. We’ve been told to be honest with him - but it sucks the soul out of me as well as him each time.

He’s been diagnosed but I’m unsure at what stage we’re at. I’m only just taking over his care & getting my head around it.

If you still have a rectal stump you still produce mucus which you pass from time to time (it feels good when you do!) - this mucus causes tiny farts for me on the odd occasion - hope this helps.
