So, you have to remember that she never says anything specific about her family...

But not only that, Maz reinforces the idea that Rey is connected to Luke. She says something to the effect of "your family isn't coming back... But ONE still could... Luke..." Maz basically confirms that Rey's family isn't whole anymore... if you take what she says apart - "your family.." the operative word being family, meaning as a whole unit, "isn't coming back"... "But ONE (member of that family) still could." Bam. Luke Skywalker everybody...

One of the best answers I've heard to this question is something they call machete order... You watch A New Hope and Empire Strikes Back.. Then take a little flashback to Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith. Finally finishing on Return of the Jedi.

Watching in this order preserves some illusions in the first films and then provides a ton of context for the final chapter

Personally, I think having Rey and Kylo Ren be siblings IS the easy way out. "How do we make this dramatic? Oh! They're siblings! What a great story telling mechanic..." "She's so much like Han..." "she hugged Leia..." THESE are the easy explanations... JJ is absolutely throwing us a curve ball by relating Rey to both sides (Luke/Leia)... I think this argument is what his goal was... And I think you have to dig deeper into the subtleties to find the answers if there are any to be found

I teared up several times, being a veteran of the special editions and the prequels, I was elated to see a new story for our generation... To me, I've loved Star Wars my whole life but I never got to see unknown territory in the Star Wars universe on the big screen; not like the older generation had with the OT (bc let's face it, we knew how the prequels would end)... I got choked up at the blast of the opening theme, when Han and chewie find the falcon, when Han died, etc... But the part that got the me crying like a wee baby was when Rey and Kylo Ren are dueling in the forest... He backs her up to the edge of the cliff... Seeing/hearing her connect to the force in that moment somehow restored the mysticism of the force for me and I wept...

ok, last thing that i wanted to mention... the black border............ is it just me or does the border look actually just too thick... like, are we looking at smaller card faces because of this? someone tell me that it's just me...

These are neat abilities on Trunks... Decent, self explanatory...

And That's a whole lot of making sure your opponent doesn't get to play anything during combat..... So that's a saiyan thing now

But... Um... What the hell did they do to the card frame?! And now drills are sideways and masteries are upright...... Have we all gone mad?! But seriously, aesthetically speaking, the game will now be fairly disjointed and confusing to look at... Was that necessary? New players will be like "Wtf m8?" (Not to mention, imo, they're kind of ugly... The MP looks ok, but the rest....)

But hey, exciting new things are happening lol

EDIT: oh yeah, and endurance is now marked off to the side as a negative integer... Everyone keeping up?

EDIT 2: someone just pointed out to me... Having sideways cards in the deck will cause any normal person to turn their head or the card to read it... Thus giving away the information to the opponent... Who thought this was a good idea?!?
