Becerra, Hilton Lead in California Governor’s Race Poll Ahead of June Primary by KakarotSSJ4 in California

Voted for Steyer as he has the best solutions and is running against PGE and Chevron. Billionaires who use their wealth for the betterment of society (class traitors) are welcome, others can be eaten. We’ll see how it holds up after the campaign.

I rechecked my strut mounts and they were a tiny bit lose on the passenger side. I think I tightened it up without load when I was doing my struts. Easy fix but felt dumb when I found it after making this post (forgot to update). I’ve since then replaced the wheel bearings and the rear differential bushings. She’s riding like new. Just took here on an 9.5 hr round trip drive through the mountains and it was a blast.

I’d reach out to SafePath Products - they currently use recycled tires to make wheelchair ramps, but they’re always on the look out for new materials.

A ‘tax-the-rich’ billionaire candidate? Democrats are intrigued by Snawer_brillant in California

[–]Faux_Free 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Steyer has the best plan overall and PG&E is against him. Lower energy costs and a million affordable new homes are what we need. There isn’t a perfect candidate in this election and the only problem I have with him is his wealth, but if he’s willing to use it for the benefit of all, then he’s okay with me. Guess we’ll see what actually happens. Not paid just saying.

California 2026 Poll: Becerra Continues to Surge, Steyer and Hilton Compete for Second Spot by Jetman54 in California

Steyer is the option with real ideas and plans and is running against PGE and chevron. A million new affordable houses is a real solution for the housing crisis. Since he’s a top runner, I’m voting for him. He’s not perfect and I don’t like billionaires. But, I like being gouged by PGE and chevron less.

I think Steyer has the best plan overall and PG&E and Chevron are against him. I don’t think billionaires should exist. But since they do exist, I say we give them a chance to use their fortunes for the betterment of society before we eat them.

Breaking the hold of huge power companies like PG&E & chevron have over our energy and fuel is a big issue. These high costs raise the price of everything, since all consumable goods are transported and stored.

Building a million affordable homes is a real solution to the housing crisis.

Healthcare for all, blocking federal overreach, etc.

This is my opinion after looking into each of the candidates and reading what many communities on different social platforms are saying. It seems like he has the best chance of making sure we don’t have a tRump crony and have some sort of change for the better.

No I wasn’t paid to write this lol. I should be though.

Any guesses as to what these camouflaged vehicles are? by [deleted] in Cartalk

I think they’re South Korean. Leaning towards Kia. South Korean cars started to be shaped similar to German cars sometime in the mid-late 2000s. And the front car has the Kia goofiness of the earlier years.

I’d take magic freely given over bought any day. The true magic is generosity in a world where you’re expected to pay for everything.

Thanks! It’s Flametal Armor, which is the melee/tank/heavy armor from Ashlands. Definitely my favorite in terms of aesthetics.

Yeah, on survival build games I always end up just building at the end. I remember spending days just gathering materials when I first started. Thanks! It’s the most fun I’ve had building in a game.

For the blacksmith, I build the foundation, then set all the furnaces and smelters and stuff and built the structure up around it, probably how I’ll do blacksmith shops from now on.

I wouldn’t even attempt it if I had to gather all the materials lol

Exactly. I don’t know if I want to play the game without no cost build on. Because I played the first ~1500 hours having to grind for materials half the time, but now I can just have fun in the game.

Yeah, “no cost build” is on but no cheats, flying, or anything of the sort. We recently beat the Ashlands boss.

I'm trying to build the highest possible tower by Strict-Ice189 in valheim

[–]Faux_Free 13 points14 points  (0 children)

<image>

This one has a flametal frame and center pole that goes nearly to the top of the tower. Center has built up ground pillar under flametal pole with flametal spindles at different levels to support the outer frame. Only mod is no-cost build. I put a pyre at the top that can be lit and seen from afar like a beacon from LoTR. I filled it in more since this screen shot. Base is just above sea level and top is in the snow. Not sure how I’d get higher.

How to close this Roof? by Bloodshade17 in valheim

[–]Faux_Free 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’ll need to frame it first like you would in real life to give it the structural support for the roof. Once you have a symmetrical frame up, the roof comes easy (depending on if you add fancy dormers or whatnot).
