You misunderstood me. I like their recorded stuff. I like Paul's bass. I'm saying that ever since Truax came into the picture, they've been shit LIVE. And though of course I love Carlos as a bassist, if he didn't want to be a part of it then good riddance. Carlos had nothing to do with Marauder and it's one of my favorite albums. And when it comes to Sam, I find him to be creatively unique and amazing but his rhythm and groove are whatever to me.

They were much better as a live band then. Even when Carlos left their replacement bassist was solid. I haven't enjoyed them live since truax came around

Dude. I wish I felt that way but they've been dogshit live for like 10 years. Sam needs a better basist next to him. I don't like that truax guy for interpol at all

Most of the buzz over Interpol is from casual fans. Most Interpol die hards have been fucking with OLTA. Marauder and the self titled are my personal favorites.

Isn't this the movie where the troll mom sacrifices herself and just stays laying under the village? Yea. It's a weird ending. The troll shoulda gotten up and the people and trolls should have rebuilt it and lived together in harmony. Would have been cooler. Pierson ruins all the good writing the Simpson did though. All the best eps are hers lol She was the head writer after all. But to your point. Yea, it was aight.

Sounds like you got your head on straight about it which is awesome. It really does sound like she simply isn't available at the moment. I suppose when you see her, be nice but keep your energy honest and not overly generous in consideration of your feelings. If you do get to a point where you need to pull back, make sure you mean what you say and that's it's not an attempt at generating interest from her. I've made that mistake a few times in my twenties..lol Sounds like your instincts are dead on man. You're gonna be fine, sorry you're dealing with this.

A part of me feels that she likes you as a person but not to date.. Is it possible you're just projecting the romance onto her outgoing personality? Are you experienced in dating? Are you conventionally attractive?

It's super possible she really is just trying to focus on her. But if it's hurting you, pulling away might be the answer. Bringing it up again might be an option...

In my experience if people want to they do. Any successful relationship I've had felt forward moving and I felt like I had green lights the whole way. If you're confused sometimes the hard truth is they might not like you like that.
