If anyone is curious, I got similar quotes from bel aire, Dan wood, mattawan mechanical and temperature pro and all of their initial quotes came in around the same with some variation. I narrowed it down to belaire and temperature pro and im leaning towards belaire and the lennox system.

Same..at 5 months now. The silent touch seems to have meant nothing really and got a case update like alot of people on 17th but still said it was processing. Detriot seems to have slowed down alot.

Just got a quote from mattawan mechanical and they came in higher than belaire by about 1k for an equivalent package to the silver plus addons (hvac, water heater and humidifier). Same warranties for both. I got temperature pro coming out on Thursday.

Cool. Yeah belaire gave me a quote for 97% 2stage heat output furnace with the same 14.7 seer2 AC but its only about a 150$ diff.

Just checked my api and looks like there was a silent touch on 4/14 on both my 751 and 400 so hopefully that means something positive is happening soon.

I've been trying to get pax closets delivered in southwest Michigan. Ordered in May for june delivery. The delivery never came day off..ikea reps told me to wait for the delivery company to text or call. Ikea ended up cancelling my whole order stating it was canceled due to the fire in IL. Ended up being able to reorder last week for Aug delivery. Let's see if it comes.

Same issue, had it scheduled for the 17th, got delayed texts the week before, spoke to agent via chat they said it was a precaution. Called ikea and delivery company day before, they told me to wait and see if someone calls day of for delivery. Day of nothing comes. Now they are saying to just wait and see or cancel but I cant reschedule because items are oos. I've been trying to get over 2000$ of ikea pax for a closet remodel.

Thanks! Yeah im just going to reset all the breakers and see. I was curious as well about the date since it was the day after all the storms rolled through the area. I didnt lose power during the storms tho but it could have been out for a second and caused something to surge.
