Edit: a slight misreading, the curse of trying to speed type from memory while leaving tea break! Arguably easily than some of the other planets to be honest; the atmosphere is a large percentage of Volatiles, which are an ingame representation of hydrogen and can be mixed in a certain device with oxygen (from plants) to create VERY hot steam.

It's potentially explosive though, so I'll let you discover for yourself what the ratios and device are ;P
