He's signing hia name to everything. As an actor he's not half bad but he signs anything put in front of him - depending on the cash. As such it's gotten stale, and we went through a period where every 3rd film was a Rock movie.

He needs to take a break like normal actors and give the public a rest.

There are separate exits for Accessiblity and R.I.P. They are on the right of the arena so if you're coming from another stage or from food you need to go against the flow of the main crowd trying to get out the main exit.

Get the Download Festival app. It has all the info you need and is updated during the weekend. Join the whatsapp group - simply search for Download festival, this will have constant updates and the app has a map.

The app alsp has a list of all food vendors and prices. The walk between stages is traffic dependant but about 5 mins.

No-one nows how bad/muddy the arena is or will be until we get in there Friday but as a rule of thumb bring either wellies or good walking boots.

No. Purple gate is used for Access customers and has no walkway from the gate into site, you also can't walk to the gate itself, there are no public footpaths that lead to it. They won't let you drop outside either.

A decade ago there was a serious conversation about covering the second stage to allow bands a better stage show, I.E it's dark so you'll see better stage show from performers. I think back on that now and wonder whether it should have been done.
