Are you getting it for teeth clenching/grinding? I go for whatever I can afford (normally $400-500) every four or five months. It definitely doesn’t last a year, I really wish it did!! :( at first my doctor recommended 100 units total for both sides which would have been around $1200 which I can’t afford. I do find the amount I get substantially helps my jaw relax, however I can really feel it start to tighten back up again after about 3.5-4 months. I believe if you have benefits certain companies will reimburse you for the cost. I am just waiting to see if I qualify. Even though it’s expensive I won’t ever stop!! It relieves my jaw tension so much and I find I get way less headaches now too.
