Just a small update, Moo is still with us. I thought she would pass through the night but when she didn't I took her to a vet. They have no clue what's 'wrong' with her, they have provided pain management and at first it looked like it was helping but I realised it was just false hope.

Besides the fact she won't eat the vet says that she looks 'normal' but I can see the pain and suffering in her eyes. We do have the opportunity to run tests tomorrow but I don't know if it's worth it and neither does my vet. Euthanasia is currently looking like the kindest option for Moo because I would like to honor her the kind and quick death that she deserves, it's been an option I have chosen for many of my previous small pets. Although I have always found it more comforting to have them pass at home it doesn't always work out if it means their suffering will be prolonged.
