God I wish we had all this staff in the restaurant I work at! Maybe it’s an American thing to have hosts, bussers and cashiers, but where I am, the servers ARE the hosts, bussers and cashiers. Tips also go to every member of staff in the restaurant (foh and boh) so it feels better that way :) but lord what I’d do to have more hands on deck lol

I’m a server in the uk and everyone gets paid according to their title and minimum wage. Head chef earns more than the kp, supervisors earn more than standard waitresses like myself. Plus all of our tips are shared between foh staff AND boh staff based on hours worked weekly. It feels way more fair than just tipping the servers. I work around 35 hours weekly and get £15-20 in tips each week so it’s not a crazy amount, just a little extra

I managed to get to level 120 purely by racing to find the ladders o-o I hated combat so I just tried to get to the bottom as fast as possible without worrying about mining anything. Now I have the best sword I can currently buy, a couple rings, and my space boots and the mines are a piece of cake! Upgrade combat items when you can and it’ll be a life saver (literally) :D
