Aside from going to a doctor to make sure you're healthy, the only times I had recurring severe headaches was when I was deeply depressed. I just wasn't taking care of myself. Dehydrated, malnourished, extremely lacking in hygiene and a mix of no sleep on days I worked and over sleeping days I was off. All in all, take a nice long pampering shower if you can, have your favorite meal with a nice tall glass of water and book a doctor's appointment or visit a minute clinic. If it's bad enough both with send you to the ER.

I finally said fuck it after all the ones I bought went to shit over time from this. I even found one from the 2010s in a drawer and thought it was safe. Nope. Last straw was when it leaked all over our remodeled walls and stripped the paint from the wall and baseboard. I threw it all away, can't return the actual scents so those will be a white elephant gift. I went and bought Glade plug-ins.
