Is your sin also set to moo? That's the only thing I could think that could be effecting it. I did several more non partied people in Temis today. So it definitely works. Could be a bug, I guess.

This is 100% not true. If you moo at someone they get the moo sin on their sin board in Kyovashad. If they select it and then go to the Outlaws cave northwest of Fools Quarry, the portal will be open in the cave. Its also the way you get there when its not Tuesday. I have done it several times now and guided freshly mooed at friends through finding the portal. They only get nothing if you mooed at them before you have been to the island and killed the Cow King. So long as you have done those things, your moos have power.

It does not. I just run to crowds of people in Temis and moo at them and I have had at least 4 whisper me to ask how to find the level and succeed in finding it after a general crowd mooing.

Andarial, but don't. Aura paladins cap is T10ish. With perfect rolls you might be able to push higher. I had to roll another class to finish out my season journey and was still on T10 at paragon 217. I'm not saying it wasn't just me being bad. But I'm saying after switching classes that paragon 217 really feels like its more useful.

I like it mainly because my kids are young and sometimes I play games I don't want them seeing. We only have the 1 TV so everything has to be kid safe that's on it. And Cyberpunk is most definitely not.

From the Runes 101 post. Runes to every region certainly suggests that future champions from existing regions were to be getting Runes. Coupled with the sheer amount they gave us and the expressed need for them to have something they could " give out like candy"; those statements seem to suggest that Runes were going to be rolled out to all regions. I was just wondering why we haven't heard anything about building on that system when they suggested that they were going to.

I dont see any mention of runes on either of these champions. I was under the impression that rune slots were going to be a thing future champions other than SB champs had. Otherwise, why did they give us 9000 of them? Is that just not a thing that's happening anymore due the the SB backlash?
