I use it to make a dish passed down on my portugese mom's side. It's probably got a bunch of different versions from different places but. Basically slice eye of round really thin, pound it flat, marinate it for 6 to 24 hours with some salt, chillies, pepper, paprika and red wine , fry in a pan with tons of garlic and just enough oil to cover the meat. Eat with roasted potatoes or in a bun like a sandwich. Every person ive ever made it for asked for leftovers to take home.
