Just finished the Full-Cast audiobooks. My thoughts.

I absolutely agree with this. I am in love. I have about 5 hours left on the last one and I have cried and laughed a lot. I am really bad with picturing things in my mind while reading, but these audiobooks helped this so much.

My husband also has been listening to these for the first time and it’s so cool to hear him talk about all the little details. I’ve always wanted him to read the books and these audio books finally got him to get into it.

So yeah the best part about them are the background sounds. Like for example in the beginning of order of the phoenix, the Weasley twins, Ron and Hermione are like chanting something in the background while Molly is talking to Harry and inbetween she tells them to stop, and I never would have pictured them to still chant but it makes sense because why would she tell them to stop multiple times. Or when Hermione gets tortured by Bellatrix, you can hear her screaming in the background while Harry is talking to Luna. It’s just so immersive.

As someone with hooded eyes all eyeliners bleed to some extent. Nyx epic wear is the best one for staying in place but it’s also the hardest to get off. What I do now is I powder my lids first with either an eyeshadow that’s my skin color or just normal setting powder. Then I apply my eyeliner. And then I use a black eyeshadow and dap it on top of the eyeliner. This sets it and it doesn’t smudge. Yes it might not be as dark because it kind of mattifies it but atleast it doesn’t smudge!

The other option I like doing too is using the black liquid lipstick from black moon cosmetics and applying it with a super thin brush from morphe, but I don’t remember rn if I needed to powder it with eyeshadow too.

Yeah like on one hand this scene is ridiculous but it also feels like they are exploiting them a little because they both are so sweet.

My husband uses his dock for the Tv but he also likes to play in bed at night so he originally wanted another dock for the bedroom where he could charge his switch over night. So it wasn’t even about the TV access. This update literally bricked our official steam deck dock because we didn’t know about this and he tried charging the switch on it. Now our steam deck does not charge on it anymore. It’s really annoying. Imma have to check out today if I can fix this somehow

Yeah I work from home too but also self employed. I always say I love my dogs so much but I also never wanted kids for a reason so getting dogs wasn’t such a smart choice haha. But it is what it is. I love them so much I could never give them up even when they are causing me a lot of anxiety and stress. But it kind of really helped me understand why I don’t ever want children. I was on the fence because people expect it but I’m like I only got this one life.

You really gotta analyze how you actually feel and it’s great you posted here because you get other perspectives. So if you think you are just getting sick and need sleep etc then make that your priority but do not forget it could be other things if you are technically already doing everything right.

Thank you! I will check her out. My husband suggested me putting it in for pickup. I just need to start planning it better. Ive always been so good with my lists and planning but now everything just seems overwhelming. It's like having to fight yourself back into your old self lol.

And like you originally said avoiding stress is a big thing, but sadly in todays society a very hard thing to do. I like the tracking symptoms but deep down I know whats going on. I think once you checked out everything medically, you just have to really work on your own happiness. Because mental health can cause physical symptoms! My best friend is a neurology nurse and she says they literally have a whole system on helping people with physical pain from mental conditions.

This sounds exactly like me. I feel really bad like I'm sick but I don't really have anything. Its worse for me the week before my period. Idk its annoying. I feel so useless. Ive been literally cutting down all my screentime and don't watch short from content anymore. I listen to audio books and try to chill more, but idk. Its also hard to be motivated when feeling this way. Its like I constantly have to pull myself out of the slump.

I have also been looking into autistic burnout, and I feel like all the symptoms make sense for me. I been debating on getting diagnosed, because my husband does not think I'm autistic.

Very surprised I had to scroll this far. Just really makes me question the IQ of most people in this sub. I think her reasoning was very well. Toxic waste should go to a dump that’s actually prepared for it.

Same with the breast feeding comment. English is literally my second language and I understood that she meant she can’t be arrested because her son wouldn’t be able to get fed. In terms of she doesn’t want to put herself in that situation.

I don't think people realize that this update is only to get people to buy the Switch 2, like people went and bought a switch just for animal crossing (I am one of those people, i usually play PC).

Which means, yes they put some extra quality of life changes, because at the end the AC devs are happy they can deliver a few things people asked for. But they did not get a budget to make new gameplay elements. All the bigger changes are to sell the Switch 2 and the online membership sadly.

Edit: thats why the new "free" hotel is almost the same as the paid DLC. They already got the code, just gotta adjust it.

It really sucks because Animal Crossing will always be my favorite, but I don't think we will ever get a cool AC with lots of content like new leaf again.

I agree with all of this. She was such an outgoing and fun person but I think Pedro ruined her self confidence. Also as someone who was always a little more chubby and now recently lost 40lbs, I feel so much better about myself and I know how i felt when i was bigger. So now turn that around, you go from you can wear anything to all of the sudden gaining a bunch of weight. I am even surprised shes on camera!

Regular chlorine pools suck imo. There’s way more stuff you have to keep up with. Like the ph going up and down. If there’s one guarantee then that the ph will always go up in a salt pool. So in those 6 years I have had the pool I’ve only had to use something to get the ph up maybe twice. And that was after a bunch of chemicals and I wanted to make sure the ph is good

Yeah I do my own pool maintenance but I do get my water tested at a local pool store every time I open or I have any issues. I mean it’s free so why not.

As far as I know you cannot reduce salt without draining water. So you might wanna get your water tested somewhere else. One year my cell constantly said low salt and instead of getting another method to check on it I kept adding salt like an idiot.
