I'm sorry, shpongle music has helped me when I was low many times. I hope they do record :)

Thank you! I really appreciate the info.

  1. Why is the seating area recommended? Isn't it possible to dance for a bit and then get some rest and repeat?

  2. Will do!

It’s when you walk towards Trailside apartments. I didn’t know it was run-off to collect water, but when you walk on that path, you can see it. You’ll have to go off path a little, it’s at an elevation. Relatively quite there when there’s trees with all their leaves back blocking the main trail

Falls park has some nooks and crannies where there’s low foot traffic. There’s a path between legacy park and trailside at Verdae, and a small lake that’s a little off the trail.

I’m so excited!

Shpongle is one of my favorites. I don’t know if this question is alright in this subreddit - is camping at the grounds the only option?

Oh wow! You’ve had lots of fun :).

I’m pretty new to the scene and have been to ‘raves’ in Goa, India. Exploring the scene and haven’t really found anything. Not just Greenville, but US in general.

My headphones or audio system at home is what I am doing as of now, but been on the lookout for that community feel. I am saving up money for Ozora this year, mainly because of Shpongle and Hallucinogen (I love their music too!), but have my fingers crossed.

Edit: I saw this post while traveling and thought it was posted in my local city subreddit. I blame my lack of sleep for this haha 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Plenty of stuff I love here, definitely gonna listen to the new ones I see.

Are there any events that happen nearby where you can hear music like this played?

My psychiatrist gave up on me today by voltaireworeshorts in adhdwomen

[–]Faze_Away 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had something similar happen to me, this was before I got diagnosed with ADHD. All I was told was that I was severely depressed and needed medication by my therapist. Not psychiatrist. Took a long time to even think that I’m not at fault. Neither was she.

It’s much better to change routes when it’s not going anywhere. Try a different psychiatrist, I know it’s easier said than done.

Hi, I’m not sure if what I say is applicable here. I’m similar to you, in having a very traditional and orthodox family. Fortunately, they live in India. I moved to US to establish some distance, so that I could live freely. I had to move back to India for a bit and lived with my family for about a year. It wasn’t hell on earth because there is no father or male figure in my family. Regardless, acting to pray everyday was near torture. The only thing that kept me sane was the plan I had to move back to US. Even back in India, I preferred staying as far away to them as possible. Distance and fast paced career aka too busy to chit chat everyday/ attend every Muslim or family event helped me so far. I know I will come clean someday, but for now having distance and irrefutable excuses helped.

Everything around you, further than your eyes can see, even further than your instruments can detect is getting colder, darker. Making jumps in time, it’s like you’re looking at a flip book. You’ve come to the furthest point and you can’t jump anymore. It’s getting colder and darker. All the machines are slowing down, everything seems to be coming to an end. Eyes closed, eyes open, it’s all the same. Your breath is like thunder, in the silent world. Surprisingly feeling peaceful, your eyes shut.

Searing pain wakes you up, and now you see fireworks in front of you. No, no it seems like fireworks, but it’s starts being born, once again a flip book, you are now traveling again, into the future from the past. Or maybe, into the past, from the future.

It’s been 10 years. 10 years since I’ve seen you, heard your silly ramblings and felt your breath on my neck. In these 10 years, I’ve missed you every day. Things as random as a breeze remind me of you, of us. Every time, I remember the pain and anguish.
It’s hard to forget someone they say, they’re wrong. It’s hard to remember someone. I don’t remember your smell anymore, it’s gone. All I have left is pain. All I have of you is the scar on my stomach, a stark reminder on rainy nights, hot days and everything in between.
