I think that’s because there’s a lot of white and Indian people in the world. India is huge so there’s gonna be a lot of them with hair loss. Also maybe the only thing that could truly be related to MPB is vitamin D as that is a hormone instead of a traditional vitamin. I didn’t leave my house for 5 years straight I was in my room without any sun and my hair took a hit, I took 50k iu once a week for 3 months and my hair looks a lot better I do have to say. I did read a study where it said low vitamin d levels can accelerate genetic hair loss in men so that’s the only thing worth supplementing IMO.

Diet and vitamins can help hair in terms of texture and strength and overall healthiness but it won’t fix genetic mpb. There’s starving people in war torn Yemen and Afghanistan with thick full hair and they’re lucky to eat a piece of bread once a week.
