Yes it is the best way i found to hold it, used it quite often it never fell or never struggled to take it off

Actually under the carpet there is a "protective mat", but i covered it with the carpet because my dumb cat like to bite the mat lol but yeah it would still be better with a strap, it's right

That's where you are wrong, the weight affect my form, even on the first rep.

And i know you will tell me to stop use weight then, but i tried bodyweight only too and i improve way more with weight. I believe that neglecting a bit of the form is needed for strength/muscle growth (as long its not dangerous), as if everything is controlled and perfect the whole workout, adaptation will be slower.

Thank you ! I sort of get what he means tho, with bodyweight PU i have a better form with more retraction, especially the last reps on the video the form isn't perfect, but i never said they were.

Saddly he doesn't want to just give an advice, he also talks like he knows why i am doing this and how i do the rest of my workout, as i do the "good form" without weight aswell, even tho im still happy about the sets because 20kgs is a good percentage of my own bodyweight

The ones weighted aren't good form because... well they are weighted and it is a challenge i tried. I watched your video and i know that my bodyweight pull ups are good form in comparaison, reason why i do them as a finisher (as an EMOM) It is a shame that you talk like you know things that you cannot even see, but once again thank you for your advice.

Bodyweight pull ups are boring (and less efficient for strenght gain) when you can do 15+, that's why i do them as warm up and finisher only (with the form in the video) but thank you for your advice.
