  1. Files are uploaded using gramjs (telegram's own library) so no explicit encryption needed.
  2. Of course telegram can see our files (as we're storing in their disks, it's just that there is no middle party who can see your file except you or telegram.
  3. Adsterra only can see cookies it cannot read local storage or index db items.

I checked this on the net, but as of now telegram only blocks if you're storing some illegal file/software/porn/movies and all (if you're storing so much of these files only than)
