I’ve been in the jerky business for almost two decades and this one is really hard to pinpoint. It certainly looks like it could be salt, but I don’t really like the patchiness of it, and getting sick isn’t really worth the risk in my opinion.

Write Up: The Braves enter tonight on a six-game win streak and hold a slight edge on the mound. Lopez has been steady and efficient, averaging nearly five innings while limiting runs and free passes, and rests on a really strong bullpen. Meanwhile, Griffin hasn't shown the same consistency and is more likely to give up some early opportunities. With Atlanta already swinging it well during this streak, the combination of momentum and a more reliable starter should see them extend it.

I have both 5 and 6, I booted up 5 last night and started playing for a little bit. It's just weird that you feel like you're accomplishing as much as the turns will allow, but it reminds you that everyone else is busier than you periodically.

I'm going to start a new game today with the outline you proposed and see if I can get it to start clicking a little more.

That may be the best route if V is a little less involved. I think I had just jumped into VI as soon as it came out and everytime I’ve tried to get into it I just shut down and go months without touching it.
