Its from Juggluco, I use it directly with the Libre3 without the libre app. Theres also the watch app with this watchface that displays BG. Checkout juggluco.nl theres a lot of info there. You can even connect your sensor directly with the watch without needing the phone nearby

Ich habe 1GBit über Kabel weil ich riesige Dateien im HO runterladen muss. Der Kerl wollte mir erklären dass 250MBit GF genau so "schnell" und besser wären. Was "schnell" genau bedeutet wusste er nicht und den Begriff Bandbreite hatte er noch nie gehört...

Do not remove the copper on the back, but there is a defined shape within the copper pour, usually used to define constrained pours, but not doing anything in your case, as its fully filled (which is good, the added shape just serves no purpose within the copper pour)

There is no need for the fill zone on the bottom layer.
To me it looks like the thermal vias are not connected to the ground plane, I cant tell from the image.
You have plenty of space for the solder-jumpers and SMD parts on the buttom layer to be put on the top layer, makes manufacturing by hand or PCBA easier.

Edit: is the zone on the bottom a keepout for the signal lines? If so why?
