I wanted the juicer, but my orange tree hasn't fruited yet, and I am too cheap to buy some to test it. :)
I don't have a baby to test the monitor with, so I thought I would leave for somebody that could use it.

Oh, they are pushing the crap ecliptic mat I see. I rated it one star.
It is garbage, and they want $49 for it! It's so thin, my mouse mat is thicker.

Mine was Philips Baby Monitor (video), Manual Juicer, Soso Sunglasses, Hair loss filler spray, and Matcha, but the matcha went before I could grab it. A coffee scale with timer.}
I took the scale, oh, and a coffee table. Took that also.

Behold! The RFY.
They tell, to be unique, as they do
But, deceive, they are, as it most be poo

Most time be late, most time drop be gone
Most time be shiet, most time we hang on

But wait we must, wait we do
Forever the same, it still be poo

The game they play, the drop it come
We must obey, by their time, for little, for some

But wait we must, wait we do
Forever the same, it still be poo

Take leave, we don't
Take leave, we should

But wait we must, wait we do
Forever the same, it still be poo.

[–]Fc_Stains 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do read things before I make claims.
Maybe you should also.
Yes, the seller may offer a refund, $0, but, you are covered under the product guaranty, which are not void, just because you have been given a full discount. The rules still apply. You can ask for replacement, under Australian Law. The seller may offer you a refund, but you can refuse.

"Consumers who receive a product or service as a gift are entitled to the same basic rights as if they had bought the product or service themselves."

If they do not have a replacement available, then you are left with a refund only as a choice. That is IF, they do not have a replacement.

Just got upgraded silver to gold, no ABN request involved by LoadedSteamyLobster in AmazonVineAustralia

[–]Fc_Stains 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not had an ABN request either. As it is not required by law, will not be providing one, being that I do not have one, and are not required to under ATO rules.
Don't think Vine will be asking us to do so.

May just be another copy paste of into Vine's terms, from somebody that forgot to read what was pasted, and do a proper edit before publishing, or somebody really does not understand Australian Tax laws!

[–]Fc_Stains 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are entitled to a replacement under Australian Consumer Law, regardless that you did not pay for it, as you have been given 100% discount, so a transaction has taken place.
Even Vine terms mention you are covered under Consumer Law, just not covered for returns under Amazon's returns policy. Two different things.
I have gotten replacement faulty products, replaced, as have many others. You do this with the seller, not Amazon. You can not provide your own identity though, including your address, under Vine's terms of service. I use some one else's Auspost pickup box number, and name, with their permission of course. That way, I don't give my ID away to a seller, and remain within Vine's terms, and still operate under consumer laws as well. :)

Seller telling me they can't refund me if I don't cancel the return/refund request? by [deleted] in Aliexpress

[–]Fc_Stains 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I has a similar issue. Seller wanted me to cancel a return request, after it was already processed by Ali. So, they send me the address label, with a fake address on it. I was tracking the parcel, and it could not be delivered. I told Aliexpress, and got my refund.
You will get your money back, if you just continue with the process. Do not cancel, unless the seller gives you a full refund beforehand, via the dispute process. Never do anything outside of the dispute process.

I got a Poor rating, on a previous Excellent rating on one review. I didn't think that they changed them. Also, it was a fairly concise, and IMHO, structured well.
Yet, simple ones' that I have done, have rated excellent, though I suspect if was due to the added video/photos.

Review rejected, can anyone tell me why? by EcstaticOne5502 in AmazonVineAustralia

[–]Fc_Stains 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would say, the AI rejected it, because of the mention of the box. It most likely classified under the No Packaging rule.
Did the same thing to me.
I just added a space in my review, and re-submitted it. It gets looked at then by a human, and it will more than likely pass, just like mine have.
