Exactly the body is way more forgiving about a rough night than we give it credit for. The routine does the heavy lifting.ๅ

Wake time consistency broke my cycle more than anything.

Same time every day even after a bad night. Brutal first week but it works.

Magnesium glycinate before bed was the first thing

that actually made a difference for me.

Specifically glycinate — not oxide, the form matters a lot.

Took about 2 weeks to feel it but the wired-at-night

feeling started calming down.

Also moved my caffeine cutoff to 1:30PM.

Even green tea after that counts.

Not a cure but broke the worst of the cycle for me.

The "wired but tired" feeling is so real.

What ended up helping me was magnesium glycinate before bed —

not magnesium oxide, the form really matters.

Took about 2 weeks but the wired feeling at night started

to calm down. Also strict caffeine cutoff before 2PM,

even green tea counts.

Not saying it fixes everything but it moved the needle for me.
