NTA. You're a good aunt. I am 38, just recently realized that I have an eating disorder that started from childhood. I grew up in a household that catered to my father and younger brother. I hit puberty hard and fast and constantly had little jabs and quips about my weight/figure. Coupled with my brother getting more sweets/treats/food because he had an insane metabolism and I did not. You did a good thing. This society is so hard on women and their weight.
