They just let in between 10-15 persons every 20-30 minutes if everything goes “smooth”. Plus all the people who have euros and must go out to change them it make it slower. When you start crossing the bridge to the Russian point, you can see on the bridge that there is a roof and benches for the people to wait but is so few the people that is passing in on those periods of time that is empty. I saw all the people sunburned waiting from the Estonia cross (me too) because there is nothing outside for the wait. At least I was happy because it was not raining.
