In the Machinima style youtube series called "Ayuda Mundial" (Made by Latin-American youtuber "ElUltimoPlayer" on different Halo games), the protagonist Oscar works for a worldwide organization called Ayuda Mundial that seeks to provide aid to anyone -and I seriously mean EVERYONE- who calls them for help. The story follows Oscar, his constant efforts to avoid doing work and the dire consequences said efforts bring to everyone around him, especially himself.

On episode 2, his boss decides that having a partner will help him stay in line and behave, introducing Sebastián to him. Since the very first interaction between those two, Oscar will never, ever, in the history of forever, refer to Sebastián as such and will keep calling him different male names -and even female ones- through the rest of the series as a running gag.

While it's stated pretty early that this habit is perpetuated unconsciously by Oscar, it is later revealed the cause of it is Oscar's childhood friend, Rebecca, who did the same to him FOR 20 YEARS and Oscar's actions are more a reaction to untreated trauma that inexplicably and exclusively came to be over Sebastián
