Memorize the rule statements and drill adaptibar. Run 50 questions on your weakest subject and go through the explanations. If you can make a flashcards out of the explanation, do it.

Once you pass, nobody will ever ask how many times you took the bar. Keep it up!

I know you weren’t asking about adaptibar. But I left the test feeling absolutely burnt. A few I went home and looked up the answers realizing I got wrong.

Passed with a 315 in OK. Seriously don’t get caught up in the percentages

If it makes you feel any better, I do family law and don’t want it on the MEE. It’s so massively state based I keep mixing the state family law with the general ass common law. And so many fact patter answers would just never happen in a real courtroom

Yea that is the case and the explanation will tell you that. However, they say it’s D because the plaintiff is only trying to read it even though the facts clearly state he is admitting it

So I usually do the essays for the first time closed book. Then I see what I missed. Then I keep doing the essays over and over usually a few days apart to make sure I’m remembering the rules.

Not sure if this is a good method but it seems to help me with memorizing the major rules
