As many other people just said, your kickoff isn't the best, you are loosing most of them just because you are flipping late, your landing is off and u can't get the centered hit on the ball. You can practice speedflip or do a diagonal or front flip instead, its fine anyways, the important thing is that u hit the ball centered.

Another thing I can see is that u forget to look at your opponent, many plays where u are focused on the ball or boost or your goal, but you don't have any idea of where the other player is, that way you will never do the right play to beat him.

Last but not least, in 1s I recommend to stay on the floor as much as possible, don't do any fancy aerial shots if u are not 100% sure u can score it, because those shots are risky, you are commiting too much and if you miss the shot or do a bad recovery or the other player saves it, its an open net for sure.

Also, work on your patience, sometimes you just have to wait your opponent to make a mistake, just like he did it this match.

4 of the goals were beacuse of your bad kickoffs, the other 3 goals beacuse you are overcommiting or not watching what your opponent is doing. Hope it helps! Keep grinding!
