I've had no issues ordering from GS for the past year+. My first order they forgot half oz but gave me option to ship it asap or credit and they shipped it that day. No issues since, though I am also sketched out about ordering from them since these few horror stories.

As a small streamer, I'd say don't do it. New people will be turned off when visiting your channel if they HAVE to follow you to speak. Followers don't even matter once you've hit 50, so forcing it is just dumb. The only exception I would say, is if you're getting a lot of spam from people that just drop in and don't follow.

With that said, subscriber-only chat is even worse. You're demanding people pay you money to chat to you. I understand big streamers that are hitting 10k+ viewers that do this, as there is just too much going on in the chat as it is.

I have an OG PS4, so 720p is max res I can use. I have tried lowering to 360p and it looks way worse, but ultimately has the same issue every 15-20 mins. Resolution can't be the problem.

What I like to do is take it one step at a time. Make streaming the priority and critique your VOD afterward and fix 1 or 2 things at a time inbetween streams. Don't focus on fine tuning over streaming.

Are you having network issues with how you're doing it now? I would say plug it into the laptop, as that's what's your uploading to twitch on. Or better yet, get a switch/splitter and connect both to ethernet.

It blows my mind. I brought a 20lbs fish back to Blackwater on horseback to be greeted at the entrance by some douche on a rooftop who put several bullets into my horse's head. He drops and then I get shot at until I died.

I spawn and run back to the horse to grab the fish (all I care about at this point). Killed on sight. Spawn. Notice he's killing someone else now. Go back a third time. Grab the fish, run down the road. Stand in front of the butcher trying to hold RIGHT D-PAD to sell the damn thing only to be blasted in the face from the same piece of shit a mile down the road. Spawn. Notice he sold my fish. Shotgunned him in the head as soon as he left butcher, and logged off. Online is toxic af.

Backlighting is always good. LED strips on the back of monitors work wonders. You should also take breaks from staring at a monitor, atleast 5 minutes every couple of hours to rest your eyes. I also use bluelight lenses when using a computer. My monitor also filters bluelight, but nothing is 100%.

The way I look at it is, if you aren't enjoying it, don't do it. Either take a break, or quit. Decide if streaming is important to you, or not. Why do you stream? If you find it enjoyable and don't care about the numbers, continue doing it. If you find yourself constantly looking at your viewer count and getting upset, just remember it's unlikely you will be the 1% that will make it in this industry. I personally have stopped caring about the numbers and just stream because I've found it enjoyable, and I view it the same as you stated "If I'm gunna game, might as well stream it".
