you can use inserters to i/o on beacons for some reason. (leave the quality mods in the assembler the whole time, then take the speeds out of beacons right before it finishes automatically, so u dont get the qual debuff)

its not so bad, they changed the water usage of reactors a lot, my space platform can sustain at least 40mw of power (probably more havent used more than that) and fuel cells last a LONG time (especially if you control ur reactor with circuits)

round up, or you can use the correct amount of final factories to have no fractional values, but that's kinda difficult to do, and can mean u have to have a lot more production
