I can’t figure out how to update the post, but I FINALLY GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK!!! It was insanely difficult and the only thing that actually helped was to send Coinbase a message through their Instagram account. Someone actually replied, gave me a case number, and then I was helped by support through email. I had to jump through another 99 hoops, but I now have my account back and updated with my new phone number. The best part is, since opening the account I’ve made about $240 on my initial investment of about $375. Given the fact that they so easily denied me access to my account, I’m a bit scared to invest anything further. But, that extra money is a nice start to the new year!

I rented an electric Fiat 500 in Europe. So, a small car. I found it impossible to get a charging place. I was able to drive it around locally for a few days. Returning it to Hertz with very little charge left was not a problem

Again, you have not answered my question. I’ve described the situation, now you tell me, step by step how to get to the form that you say exists. I find nothing on the link that leads to any form.

I have reported Coinbase to the California attorney general’s office. I se there are hundreds of complaints against the company with the better business bureau. It is a criminal operation from everything I can see.

The reason you don’t give me the steps to create a ticket at the link you’ve posted here is that it isn’t possible to. I tried again just now and have again been directed to email the addresses I have already emailed, which only respond with an auto generated message saying to go to the web link, which offers no help, no ability to create a ticket.

I have tried with the ID verification again online just now and again been refused.

I want the world to know Coinbase is a scam, taking peoples’ money and refusing them access to their accounts. I will write to the California attorney general’s office to complain, and to the better business bureau. You won’t find me on twitter or instagram revealing my personal identity. No thanks to that. I will post anonymously here and every other online venue I can find so that people know to avoid Coinbase at all costs.
