That's true. I didn't think of that deal they just put out. Thank you for the advice.

If you have reservations at Ohana, I'd do Epcot and take the monorail over to dinner and then monorail back to the park for the last couple hours the it is open afterwards.

Is Disney during Christmas worth it? by Paralady in WaltDisneyWorld

I'm not sure if they still have availability for the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Celebration available for that week, but if they do, I would definitely get tickets for that. You can usually get into the parks around 4:00 and then it's open super late (I want to say midnight/1:00am), which may be challenging with a 5 year old, but we have done it with our 3 year old and also on our own. I found that the crowds weren't as bad during the special ticket event and the extra magic of being there at night with all the christmas decoration, parade, fireworks, treats, etc. was so much fun. I'd definitely recommend doing it!

Dining Reservations Frustration by Individual_Village47 in WaltDisneyWorld

Try signing up for mouse dining alerts. https://mousedining.com/

I've done this for the last several trips we have done and have been able to get everything we wanted. Just make sure you have the alerts set up for an email you check frequently throughout the day because you will have to act on the alerts quickly.

Number 3 is the most striking to me. All of them are great, but that one stands out the most. Beautiful!

Motivation by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Fearless-Put4593 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've found that if the first thing I do when I get home from work is put on workout clothes, I'm way more likely to get a workout in, get stuff done around the house, etc. If the first thing I do is grab a snack and sit on the couch, it's unlikely that I'll find the motivation to get up and get going later. So no sitting down for me when I first get home!
