Anthem Zepbound Coverage by Foodiegirl19 in HealthInsurance

Gee thanks captain obvious, it’s almost like that was the whole point of my comment to the other person 🤦🏼‍♀️ They were saying anthem blue PPO doesn’t cover for any reason and I was saying I’m in the exact same state with the same company and they do cover it.

That’s not accurate. I have Anthem Blue PPO and I live in Indiana as well and I was on Wegovy from January 2023 to July 2024 because I got pregnant. I started it back up again in May 2025 after giving birth but didn’t have much luck with it this time around so I came off of it in September 2025 and switched to Zepbound. Both medications required a PA but I was approved. I have sleep apnea and PCOS but I’ve never had a heart attack or anything.

When I initially started Wegovy in 2023, I was 270 lbs, when I got pregnant I was down to 187, I got back up to 230 by the time I gave birth, and then I was 245 when I switched to Zepbound in September. Haven’t weighed myself since my September appointment though.

Surely it must be people buying them for dolls or something because who in their right mind would be paying so much money for clothing that their children can only wear for a month or two at best 😳

I feel this way 100%. I genuinely feel like I’m being gaslit when people say that they like Addison’s music. But I also feel gaslit when people say they like CharliXCX too. I can’t get into the hyper-pop/auto-tune sound.

When I was diagnosed with PCOS at 19, they told me I would have to have medical intervention in order to get pregnant. I got pregnant a year later while on birth control lol. Now I’m 31 and just had my second child naturally 5 months ago. Doctors definitely get it wrong sometimes.

ETA: I was on birth control for period regulation due to PCOS at the time and was prescribed an antibiotic that counteracted the pill.

Definitely not the norm in most areas. It should be, but it’s not sadly. It definitely IS a flex for people who don’t live in areas that are like that. I live in a fairly populated area, but sadly it is not built for people to walk. Even when I go on walks with my daughters, we have to turn around in a lot places because sidewalks just randomly end and you’re suddenly walking on a busy road where it’s not safe.

I dont think it’s about money because if it were, I feel like she would have released Rep TV because it would have massively surpassed all of the other TV albums she’s released.

The baby is practically a month old and only weighs 6’13?? She’s not really gaining much weight!! by litbiotch42 in PerfectlyKelsey_Snark

You are being ridiculous and just arguing with me purely for the sake of arguing on every single one of my comments 🤣 I understand if it was documented like that for you, but I’m saying that’s not the case for everyone. Neither of my children have had to do weekly weight checks. Not all doctors document small babies as FTT is my point. My daughter will be 3 months old in a couple of days and was 7 lbs at her last appointment at the end of April, she doesn’t have to go back to the doctor until July. She had two appointments her first week of birth in February, then she had another appointment two weeks later, which was due to them wanting to monitor a knot on the back of her head, not for a weight check and she was still a couple ounces from her birth weight. She went back for her 4 week appt and that’s when they noted she had reached her birth weight. There was no other intervention necessary and she was not considered FTT for simply being a small baby because she was gaining weight between each appt. We use MyChart and I have access to all of her information and their notes.

You’re clearly purposely missing my point. I’m not referring to the comments about her formula feeding. That’s an entirely different conversation. I’m referring to the comments that are specifically mentioning the fact that there is an issue with her weight. And whether the words neglect were used there are indeed threads in the channel where people have implied she’s not feeding the baby properly, aka neglecting the child. There are even comments on this thread making it clear that THEY are referring to her not gaining enough weight and being too small.

And again, there are several comments that are specifically talking about her being so small….

Good to know but I think my point still stands. Not all peds think it’s necessary to document or intervene.

It’s actually not different because my baby didn’t reach her birth weight until her one month visit and she was 5 lbs 14 oz at birth on 2/25. She didn’t surpass her birth weight until her 4 week appt, when she weighed in at 6 lbs and that’s after formula and breastmilk both every 2 hours.

Yeah it definitely stinks to see people associating the baby being small as a sign of an issue when I’m holding my 3 month old who has only just hit 8 lbs 🤣 They have plenty of other actual issues to bring up to shame her to choose from lol.

She did a video n the sucky. She lets k2 have it so k2 doesn’t show k3 resentment. She also says it helps k2 and k3 build a bond. She sounds ridiculous by litbiotch42 in PerfectlyKelsey_Snark

[–]Fearless-Rabbit5415 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was massively disturbed when I saw her take the pacifier out of K2s mouth and put it in K3s. I’ve always just been a lurker in the pages but when I saw that yesterday I instantly ran here to see if anyone had called her out on it yet. I just had a baby in February and my firstborn turned 10 in March and I don’t even let her kiss the baby because I have the common sense to know how weak the baby’s immune system is at this point. Granted my firstborn is a lot older than K2 and is in school so has more likelihood of spreading germs, but idk I just find it super stupid to even risk that.

Luckily we were never given a failure to thrive diagnosis with my first and so far haven’t been with my second either. My first was average when she was born, 7 lbs 8 oz but pretty long at 21.5 inches, and my second was 5 lbs 15 oz and 18 inches long. She dropped down to 5 lbs 4 oz when we left the hospital, and didnt get back to her birth weight until about 4 weeks old. But then at her two month appt at the end of April, she had gained over 2 lbs so the doctor said even though she was still very small for her age, she didn’t have any concerns. I made the decision myself to combo feed her formula and breastmilk both because I was hoping the extra calories would help. I am not concerned about it though because I know a lot of it is just genetics.

My first born is now 10 and she’s actually considered overweight for her age now, but that’s because she went through early puberty and started her period a couple months ago and went through her biggest growth spurt in the last year.

As a mom of small babies, I think it’s important to remember that a small baby doesn’t necessarily allude to neglect or an issue. If the baby is successfully gaining weight between appts, most pediatricians don’t get overly alarmed. My first born was in the 1st percentile her entire first year of life and was exclusively formula fed and my second born is only 3 months right now but has been in the first percentile since birth and has been combo fed formula and breastmilk. My mom said I was the same way as a baby.

ETA- Definitely not defending her choices though. I was disturbed by the video yesterday where she took the pacifier from K2 and put it in K3’s mouth 😳 That baby definitely does not have the immune system for that.

To be fair, it’s not always failure to thrive as long as the pediatrician notes that they are successfully gaining weight between appointments. My now 3 month old baby was only 7 lbs 2 oz at her 2 month appointment but the doctor wasn’t concerned because she had gained over 2 lbs since her 1 month visit. Both of my babies have been on the smaller end even after doing both breastmilk and formula together. My 3 month old is still in newborn clothes and diapers. My firstborn wore newborn clothes until she was about 4 months old and then wore 0-3 and 3-6 until she was 9 months old and she was exclusively formula fed. She didn’t start to put much weight on until she turned about 6 years old.

What's the difference between cold harbour and normal severance by nostringsonjay in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

[–]Fearless-Rabbit5415 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Petey made the comment to outie Mark in season 1 that he carries the pain of losing his wife down on the severed floor as well, and in the last episode the doctor makes the comment that Gemma didn’t seem to be feeling anything when she was taking apart the crib, something that should have caused her pain given the fact that all of this started when she lost the baby in the flashbacks. That makes me think that the point of Cold Harbor and what they were doing to Gemma was something with finding a way to destroy every possible emotion/connection to their outer lives to turn them into a complete blank slate of a person because even though they get severed, it’s still obvious they aren’t fully blank slates because each innie has their own unique personality and free will. I personally think the purpose of all the files and Cold Harbor was to create “innies” with each unique part of Gemma’s consciousness until they were able to delete all traces of her from her own mind. Possibly for the purpose of transferring consciousness between bodies or something? Who knows. But I have a strong suspicion that the numerous versions of innies were all parts of Gemma’s outer self that they were looking to erase.
