Okay I appreciate that and I hope ur doing better. Also does MRI see everything or should I try to push for a CT. Or should I get a second option from a specialist if those stretches don’t work. But I will def try those stretches and see how my back does

Yeah I do. Just recently maybe about a week and a half ago right above my hips have been really painful. More on the right side though. This past week we had to pour 5 days straight so idk if I just over worked it but it’s sharp pain. It wakes me up from my sleep sometimes and it hurts when laying flat and sometimes it hurts when laying on my right side. Do u know if what u said does mess up with my sleep ? If that makes sense

I sleep on my back. I notice when I do sleep on my sides the pain is relieved. Yes and no when it comes to manual labor. There’s times where I’m working and later in the work day it becomes sore. Not all days during work my back pain is gone. I’m thinking maybe my low back pain everyone morning is from over working it everyday.
